Breathwork Circles

Breathwork is a deeply healing and sacred practice. It can help clear out old, stuck energies and patterns of behavior and thinking. It can help gently release trauma, grief and pain that we may carry from our childhood, parents, and ancestors. 

Perhaps most importantly, It helps deepen self love and acceptance and appreciation for all that we are. Many people feel an embodied sense of gratitude for life after a session.  It can bring out the wildest joy and the most tender and heartfelt tears. It is a beautiful practice to expand and explore creativity, connectedness and purpose.  

Both online and in-person group breathwork gatherings are powerful to come together in community to breathe and support one another energetically.

What is a session like?

Every session includes counseling, somatic exploration, and one hour of circular connected breathing practice

  • The first session…

    …includes creating safety and trust discussing current life situations as well as what you know about your birth, childhood and family patterns and how they may be affecting your life. We then set intentions for your session.

  • After sharing…

    …you will be guided in a one hour breathing practice and receive one on one support to unravel deeper layers of held tension, stress, belief systems, suppressed emotions and open to a greater sense of well being. The Clarity Breathwork process helps to dissolve the past tensions that you have stored on a cellular level, thus making it possible to experience more energy and aliveness.

  • At the close of the session…

    …there is time to share your experience, integrate and understand the process on a deeper level. Your practitioner will offer relevant suggestions and possible assignments to work with until your next session. These are designed to support you in integrating the work into your daily life.
